Gisela Flores

My path to real estate started in banking. That experience taught me how much financial literacy can shape a life, and how real estate is one of the most powerful tools to build lasting wealth. For nearly a decade, I've been helping buyers and sellers across Skagit, Snohomish, and King counties make confident, informed moves.

It all came full circle the day I bought my first home and later turned it into a rental. That decision changed how I see every property. It's not just the emotional pull of finding the right fit, but the physical condition and the financial story underneath it. It's the lens I bring to every client I serve.

Education is at the heart of how I work. Whether we're pricing your home to sell or writing an offer on the one you've fallen in love with, I'll walk you through the why: the comparables, the value drivers, the details that matter. I am a firm believer that over-communication beats under-communication every time. I won't rush you or pressure you, because I care about people, not transaction counts.

When I'm not with clients, you'll find me wandering a Pacific Northwest trail, walking near the water, or settled in with a good book and a great cup of coffee. Above all, I'm a proud mom. It's the role that grounds me and inspires everything I do.
